Scope and Contents
This series contains correspondence from foreign institutions, organisations, colleagues and Virendra Kumar's contemporaries working in people's movements, governance and academics. It has been organised chronologically to make sense of the timelines and context. The material came in with the distinct folders for the categories of correspondence, some of the original folder structures in sub-series 1 and 2 has been retained.
